Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are sold online only. Click on the tickets link on the menu above.

Are the tickets per person or for the entire vehicle?

The tickets are for the entire vehicle. 

How many people can go in one car?

Vehicle tickets are for the legal occupancy of the vehicle. 5 seatbelts = 5 riders. Everyone must remain seat belted.

Can riders sit in the back of a pick up truck?

No, for safety reasons, all riders must remain seat belted in their seats.

What age is appropriate for the Spooky Walk Drive-Thru?

Spooky Walk is an all ages event but we do recommend 6 and up. Even though this year is a drive-thru, it will still be scary but children will be in a vehicle with the ability to cover their eyes and ears. We always say, parents know their children best!

Can I get a refund?

This event has a no refund policy. Rest assured, your donation is greatly appreciated and 100% of it goes to Camp Paquatuck, a camp for children with special needs.

Can I switch the date and time of my ticket?

We are not able to switch the date and time of the ticket for you. Please select the date and time of your ticket carefully. 

I did not receive my ticket confirmation, what should I do?

Please reach out to us and let us know an alternative email address we can send your ticket to. We have noticed that Optonline.net email servers block incoming ticket confirmations.

Can I walk through the Spooky Walk?

No, due to COVID-19, no one can exit their vehicle.

Can I still purchase a Spooky Walk t-shirt or hoodie?

Yes, when purchasing your ticket, you can select add-on merchandise. We have t-shirts, hoodies & beanies.

Will there be any food or drinks?

Yes, before the actual drive-thru starts you will have the option to purchase some drinks and snacks. Please have a contactless payment method ready such as contactless credit cards or PayPal.
