The Moriches Paquatuck Squaws

In 1972 a group of women were asked to help raise funds for Camp Paquatuck, a Rotary sponsored camp for disabled children. Their success was the beginning of the Moriches Paquatuck Squaws.

Today, over thirty women meet once a month to plan and discuss fund raisers for the camp. Over 95 percent of the money we raise is given directly to Camp Paquatuck. Our most successful event is our annual Spooky Walk. Each year more than 15,000 people attend.

The Moriches Paquatuck Squaws is a non-profit organization. We are dedicated to the operation and maintenance of Camp Paquatuck. The camp relies on donations from organizations and local communities in order to operate. Our organization continually strives to make sure that all children can have a special summer because,
SUMMER IS FOR EVERYONE!
